Hi, this is my ideas:

1, China is afraid that Japan is to have nuclear weapons.

2, When North Korea tested her nuclear weapons, some japanese politicians said that japanese people need to talk about nuclear weapons.

3, Chinese spokesman talked japanese to calm down.

4, Secretary Rice came to japan and reassure japan that you don’t need to develop nuclear weapons.

Why China doesn’t do enough to get rid of North Korea’s nuclear weapons?

1, China is afraid that Japan is to have nuclear weapons.

2, When North Korea tested her nuclear weapons, some japanese politicians said that japanese people need to talk about nuclear weapons.

3, Chinese spokesman talked japanese to calm down.

then 4, Secretary Rice came to japan and reassure japan that you don’t need to develop nuclear weapons.

5, So,China doesn’t pressure Pyonyang anymore.

As far as this mechanism is working ,North Korea’s nuclear ploblems will never be resolved. Don’t you think so?
